Throughout these past few months, we’ve been touched by the outpouring of support from clients and their guests across America. Committing to marry is an emotional process and we’re grateful to every client that chooses Wedgewood Weddings for their special day.
Following the recent reopening of our event centers in Texas, Nevada, and Arizona, we’re pleased to share that more of our venues are preparing to host events in the near future. Following constructive reassurance from local jurisdictions, we intend to host events in Colorado in June, and to reopen New Hampshire and California in July.
While we adapt to providing more spacious celebrations, guests will have peace of mind knowing that many wedding customs will continue as before. Heartfelt vows, delicious food, joyous entertainment and hours of merriment will continue to be the norm at every wedding we host. Alongside this, our team will provide rigorous behind-the-scenes cleaning and make our venues every bit as hospitable as our clients expect.
We expect to return to full calendars of events this summer, and our team are excited to return to their central love: supporting couples during their wedding experience. Our team is focused on couples with pre-scheduled events to ensure they live up to each couple’s dreams. Spring 2020 weddings have postponed to later in 2020 and early 2021, but we are happy to continue to make space at our venues for new clients who have seized this opportunity to reinforce their love for each other.
We have been thrilled to reopen our venues in a responsible way. In this spirit, our venues will continue to follow enhanced safety protocols based upon applicable guidance from health authorities and government agencies. As we all must work together to promote the health and safety of everyone, cleaning and disinfection procedures will be increased - especially in high-traffic areas. Expect our team members to wear face coverings, and all employees will complete a health check as they enter their venue. Clients and guests can decide if they wish to wear masks based on their own preference. These policies are under continuous review and are subject to change as we monitor conditions and receive guidance from health and government authorities.
We’re being deliberate during these phased reopenings, and we’re encouraged by our clients and their guests in Arizona, Nevada, and Texas. Recent weddings have been as romance and fun filled as all weddings through the ages. Let’s continue to celebrate together by making space for festivities while respecting our safest path through this pandemic. In 2020, we need to embrace love more than ever before.
