The Share the Love Referral Program is designed to thank current and former clients for their support for Wedgewood Weddings & Events.
Clients are encouraged to share their Wedgewood Weddings & Events experience with their friends and family (“associates”). If an associate subsequently chooses to book an event or a tour, the sponsor will provide the participants with a specified gift.
To participate, clients need to share their event number, venue name, event date, booking name, and the associate’s venue name, event or tour date, and booking name.
Gift value is nominal. Sponsor is not responsible if participants choose to transfer their gifts. Sponsor reserves the right to change the gift value and redemption method.

- Entries can be made by referrers (“Current Clients”) or referees (“New Clients”).

The Sponsor will review all referrals monthly and will provide links to redeemable electronic gift cards after reviewing the referrer and referee contact and event information in detail. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via email within 30 days of the submission.
All gift cards will be provided electronically and are suitable for use online. Gift cards will be sent to participants' email addresses and have a built-in expiration date not less than 10 days after they are sent. If the gift is not redeemed before it expires, the sponsor is not obliged to extend the redemption period or replace the gift.
Gift cards are redeemable at the selected store chosen by the sponsor. The selected store may change, and the sponsor is under no obligation to provide gift cards related to a specific store, vendor, or merchant. As of January 1, 2023, $100 gift cards are redeemable at Airbnb and $10 gift cards are redeemable at Amazon. This is subject to change without notice.
Each referee is eligible for only one gift per event or tour booked. If multiple participants refer a candidate, the first referrer will receive the gift. The sponsor is not obliged to contact subsequent referrers to alert them that a gift has already been provided but may do so if they choose.
Events & Tours
Eligibility requires booking and attending an event or tour. There is no maximum or minimum value for the event or tour to be eligible. Booking refers to securing a date to attend a tour or event at any Wedgewood Weddings & Events venue.
Referee bookings must occur within 12 months of the referrer's event date unless otherwise specified. Event commencement dates do not need to be within his window but should take place within 24 months of the referee's booking date.
Sponsor reserves the right to rescind Referral Program Gifts if the participant’s event or tour is canceled by the participant or not attended for any reason.
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Referral Program is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Referral Program is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Referral Program to address the impairment and then resume the Referral Program in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Referral Program and, in the event of termination, award participant gifts to eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Referral Program or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Referral Program may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney's fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
