With Premier, you get more of everything that matters: a full open bar with beer, wine, and well spirits, DJ & MC services, and a personalized wedding cake to cap off the night. Our on-site chefs handle the menu, with a three-entrée buffet and your choice of six appetizers, paired with champagne and wine service that fits the moment.

Your celebration begins with an expanded selection of seasonal hors d’oeuvres served during cocktail hour. Choose from six hot and chilled options, a real step up from Classic's assorted cheese and vegetable spread, like ahi tuna wontons, chicken and waffles, or panko-breaded mac & cheese balls. Each bite is crafted to set the tone for an unforgettable evening.
Main Course
Our culinary team elevates the dining experience with three premium entrées, plus your choice of sides and seasonal accompaniments, an upgrade from the two-entrée buffet included with Classic. From a carving station featuring beef, ham, or turkey to a popular vegetarian pasta option, there's something for everyone. To round it out, you'll also enjoy a variety of eight fresh salads prepared with the season's best ingredients.
Beverages
Raise a glass with a full open bar, including beer, wine, and well spirits, all factored into your package cost so you won't face surprise bar tabs at the end of the night. That's a real step up from Classic's no-host bar, where guests cover their own drinks.
