Mikaela & Toan's Romantic Winery Wedding

Temecula Valley Wine Country is home to many gorgeous vineyards, including our own Bel Vino Winery. On a gorgeous summer day, we were delighted to be able to share our incredible views of the valley with Mikaela and Toan as they celebrated their wedding day. 

During a winery tour with friends a few years back, Mikaela and Toan discovered Bel Vino Winery and couldn't help but notice its beautiful event lawn during the visit. They wandered to the ceremony site, and after taking in the amazing views, knew it would be the perfect spot to say 'I do'. A few years later, Toan popped the question, and the rest is history!

After months of planning, and with all their favorite people in tow, Mikaela and Toan were ready to celebrate their wedding day with the team at Wedgewood Weddings. The bride and groom readied for the big day in their separate get-ready rooms in the Bel Vino Casita. With the ceremony site just outside the Casita, the wedding party could relax and enjoy their time together while their Wedgewood Weddings coordination team put all of their décor in place. 

Working with the team at Wedgewood Weddings was very good! We loved the Zoom meetings to go over all details. We appreciated that the team took the time to ask detailed questions and try to learn their vision. The day went by so fast, so we were thankful for the hands-on coordination to set up the décor. It was an overall really positive experience; everyone was super on top of it the day of.

Setting up the décor is always one of our favorite parts of any wedding day. Watching the couple's wedding day vision come together is a wonderful experience. When it came to Toan and Mikaela's wedding, they went with ethereal tones that were complimented by a pop of teal. The addition of pampas grass, white and cream-colored roses flowers, and other dried florals was a beautiful addition to this California summer wedding. Given its location at a winery, couples can enjoy rustic additions such as reclaimed wine barrels to add to their wedding décor.

The day moved so quickly, but before the ceremony, the coordinators were right on top of getting everyone into position and making sure we started on time. The coordinators did an amazing job keeping up with the timeline we created. Everything went so smoothly and flowed very well.

When it comes to any wedding, timelines are truly essential. We want to make sure you have time for everything on your list, including time for romantic photos. After the ceremony, Mikaela and Toan walked around the vineyards while their guests enjoyed cocktail hour and lawn games. The gorgeous golden sunset provided a stunning backdrop for this beautiful couple.

The picturesque views carried on through twilight when the couple entered their reception for the first dance as newlyweds. Under charming bistro lights and stunning views of the vineyards in the background, this al fresco reception was truly romantic. The couple enjoyed a night of dancing with their closest family and friends, a delicious dinner service, heartfelt dances with parents, and memorable toasts that their Best Man and Maid of Honor made.
