Real Wedding: Porsha & Paul Stonetree Estate Celebration

Against the sweeping backdrop of Sonoma Valley, white florals cascaded from towering arches while a live harpist's gentle melodies drifted through the air—this was the dreamlike setting where Porsha and Paul said "I do."

Porsha and Paul visited Stonetree Estate by Wedgewood Weddings, looking for a venue that had an ideal location near Sonoma or Napa Valley, room for 100+ guests, and a day of coordinator included in their budget. Instantly falling in love with the Estate and its breathtaking valley views, the couple knew this was the venue to celebrate their love. Leading up to their wedding day, Porsha and Paul’s wedding coordinator and team brought their specific vision to life. Porsha herself is very organized and had the aesthetic nailed down and built her details in a wedding planning deck. Combined with a team of all-inclusive wedding experts and Porsha’s knack for organization, their dream wedding came to life, complete with floral arches and cascading floral chandeliers.

A Day To Remember

The couple enjoyed a slow morning to get ready for the big day. Surrounded by their bridal parties, Porsha and Paul opted out of seeing each other and wanted to have their first look down the aisle. The bride and her bridesmaids got ready in matching green PJ sets, white for the bride and green for the bridesmaids, as they sipped champagne and snapped pictures in their getting-ready attire. 

Porsha’s glam was light and elegant to show off her beautiful features. Her hair was styled in old Hollywood waves, and accessorized her bridal fit with glitzy drop diamond earrings and a diamond necklace and bracelet. 

Before the magical moment down the aisle, the couple took stunning portraits with their bridal party separately and fueled up on new memories together.

Tranquil Ceremony and Sweeping Views

The couple opted for an outdoor ceremony with the sweeping valley views as their backdrop. As a live harpist gently strummed and rows of silk flowers lined the aisle, Porsha so gracefully walked down the aisle and met Paul by the beautifully towered white floral arches. 

With 100+ guests present to celebrate their special day, the ceremony was nothing short of beautiful. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed an outdoor open bar cocktail hour and signature His & Hers Drinks as the harpist continued to play. If guests wanted a classic cocktail, Paul chose the Old Fashioned, or if they were looking for something a little more spirited and refreshing, Porsha chose the Paloma. 

While guests sipped and savored their libations during cocktail hour, the newlyweds snuck away to take beautiful portraits by Angela Sue Photography. The estate has spectacular photo spots like lush ivy walls and a garden for the couple to use as a backdrop.  

An Elegant Celebration: The Reception 

The celebration continued with a beautifully decorated indoor reception. The couple’s beautiful ceremony arch was placed inside framing their sweetheart table with more white florals and greenery decorating the front. As their friends and family made their way inside to the reception, they were wowed with a stunning white floral chandelier hanging right above the dance floor in the middle of the room. Angella Floral Arts did a stunning display and handled the elegant and soft floral design the couple wanted to achieve. The flowers of choice were white ranunculus and sweat pea along with other white flowers and textured greenery.

The newlyweds made their grand entrance with a roar of applause and glided into their first dance in the most magical backdrop.

The guest tables created an elegant atmosphere with crisp white linens and gold chiavari chairs, adorned by gold-rimmed chargers and skinny pocket fold napkins that held tucked menu cards, while stunning centerpieces alternated between tall gold stands and low gold vessels filled with lush greenery and white florals, all illuminated by the warm glow of votive candles scattered throughout.

The meal was one to be savored and enjoyed. Complete with multiple appetizer options, sides, and entrèes, the couple made sure to let everyone get a sample of their great taste.

As the celebration continued, the couple sliced into their beautiful four-tier cake, one tier chocolate with salted caramel and three tiers vanilla with strawberries and cream. For late-night munchies the party enjoyed a taco bar and continued to dance the night away as iMobile DJ played their favorite tunes.
